Class 2 District 12 Volleyball Championship celebration! Go Tigers!!

Congratulations to the Lady Tigers volleyball team for winning the Class 2 District 12 championship. They will play again on Saturday at Strafford vs the winner of District 9. Game time TBA.

Reminder: 9th Grade Starts the Registration Process
The ninth grade is a great time for students to start the initial-eligibility process by registering with the Eligibility Center. The Eligibility Center recommends ninth grade student-athletes register with a free Profile Page at eligibilitycenter.org. Students should expect to spend 15 to 30 minutes to complete a Profile Page. If at any time the student wishes to play at the Division I or II level, they can transition to a Certification Account and pay the registration fee to begin the certification process. Students can find more information and resources about registering on the NCAA Eligibility Center How to Register page.

Elementary Reminder~ Fun week ahead!

Congratulations to the Lady Tiger volleyball team for their victory over Pleasant Hope in districts play. The Lady Tigers will play tomorrow night at 5pm.

The district became aware of a rumor that an elementary student had brought a gun to school. However, it did not come to our attention until after the school day ended. After investigation by administrators and the resource officers,
it turned out to be a toy.
This post is to:
1. Encourage everyone to report anything out of the ordinary to an adult in charge as soon as possible.
2. Reassure everyone there is no danger for this incident.
3. Remind everyone that toy guns, knives, etc. are not supposed to be brought to school.
If anyone has any questions, please call my office on Monday.

Science is a bit more real on days you get to wear safety goggles and gloves. It was Owl Pellet Dissection Day in third grade!
