Tomorrow SHS will have its Global Fest activity. Students will be showcasing the cultures, customs and other interesting facts from 18 countries that they have researched. This is a student led activity that allows our students to gain information and knowledge about other countries in a different manner.

This preschool classes have been studying the Thanksgiving story. Students made butter, a vest, headbands, hats, necklaces, painted with feathers, and enjoyed making Oreo cookies into turkeys. They were very thankful for the feast the cafeteria sent on Wednesday, and all of the helpers from high school who visited.

The Tiger Band and Band Boosters have an interesting and unique fundraiser in the High School Commons tomorrow, November 23!
Custom Fundraising Solutions, based on Springfield, will display about two dozen varieties of mattresses from 10 am to 5 pm, and take orders for delivery based on your needs. Brands include Simmons and Malouf. First-quality products, not factory seconds, at a greatly reduced price.
This is not a high-pressure sales event...we simply want to offer something that each household needs at some time or another, and the products are worth a look to come in and browse at your leisure. The band receives a portion of each sale, which we will allocate to activities later in the school year. Cash, debit/credit card, checks accepted. Financing available, and our late date for this before the end of the year delays payments to 2020.
Free delivery takes place within the next three weeks. ($20-$30 fee for removal of an old mattress if you wish to have it hauled off.) Bedding, sheets, pillows, etc. will be on hand for purchase to take home that day while supplies last, then orders will be taken.

Seriously - Its cold. 😁. These are jackets that have been left at the elementary. I’m sure they are missed. ☃️
