Attention Class of 2020
There are two items that I need you to take note of:
1) It is imperative that all seniors complete a Senior Graduation Exit Survey. This must be completed no later than May 3, 2020. Please complete the survey very carefully. **Please use your school email and login to the site listed below to complete the Senior Graduation Exit Survey. Deadline is May 3.
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeP_kXT3WWhc6JvoPAymvybFweWrzH7HokP26PMa4Q7UZew8A/viewform?usp=sf_link
2) We will not be able to host a senior awards night in the traditional manner this year, but we would like to recognize seniors for their scholarship/academic accomplishments in a virtual format. This presentation will only include scholarships and awards typically recognized by the guidance department. It will not include senior awards recognized by individual teachers. We plan to post a presentation on the Stockton School Facebook page on Wednesday, May 13 at 6:00 pm. We will be recognizing students who have been selected to receive local scholarships, but we would like to include all scholarships. This would include any scholarship that you have been selected to receive. We can only recognize the scholarships that you tell us about. The colleges do not release this information to us.
Also, we are offering our presenters a chance to make a short video clip or write a message that we can read about the scholarship. Presenters can send a video clip directly to the emails listed below and we will add it to the presentation. Students may also contact presenters themselves to see if they would like to submit a clip or write a message.
If you have a contact person who would be willing to make a short video clip or write a message have them send their presentation to one of the following addresses no later than May 3.

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT - COLTIN

Class of 2020 seniors and parents:
As Dr. Snow indicated earlier today, we are planning on graduation for May 17th at 2 pm on the football field observing social distancing procedures which are in place. Students will have a limit of 6 guests who can attend.
You will be able to have a walking partner. We will also have speeches from the class president, valedictorian, and salutatorian along with my remarks.
If you are a senior currently failing a required class for graduation, you must be passing in order to participate. Teachers have been working hard to get you the materials and opportunities to be successful. Take advantage of this. Work turned in will receive a grade that can only help you. Get it turned in. Next packet pickup and completed work drop off will be on April 30th at the high school circle drive or sent to you electronically.
I have attached the results of the graduation options survey completed by the seniors.
Continue to be safe and I look forward to seeing you at graduation!

Graduation Plans: After consulting with Cedar County Office of Emergency Management and the Board of Education, graduation will be held on May 17th at 2:00 PM on the football field. Students will be limited to 6 guests. Ceremonies will be moved indoors with social distancing applied in the event of rain.
